Admission to Arts and Commerce streams is given as per the rules of Maharashtra Government and Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Students are required to submit the admission form with essential documents attached to it. For details of the documents, refer to Notice Board or refer below.

Students have to submit 4 identity size photos for their identity card. Charges for identity card is Rs. 30/-.

Passing HSC exam OR Any equivalent exam approved by Shivaji University.

Students who have passed higher secondary exam from any other state than Maharashtra, they will be charged Rs. 300/- for eligibility form

1. E. B. C. Scholarship: For students whose family income is less than 1 lac.
2. Scholarships for students in Reserved Categories:For BC / SC / ST / NTJ etc.
3. Scholarships for students whose parents were Freedom Fighter.
4. Scholarships for students whose parents are/were in Armed Forces.
5. Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Fee Reimbursement Scheme

1. School leaving certificate (original and two attested copies)
2. Mark sheet of HSC exam (original and two attested copies)
3. Students who have passed D. T. Ed. Or T. C. H. should submit their original SSC mark sheet, leaving certificate (also their 4 attested copies).
4. Four identity size photos for ID card, Library Card etc.
5. Students who do not belong to Maharashtra state must submit their migration certificate.
6. Reservation for reserved quota is given as per University norms. For more details, contact office.
